Ranko van Tricht, the man behind 1Ranko, is characterized by his uniqueness as a person and in his work.

His primary source of inspiration was his grandfather Frans, who encouraged him to develop his creativity and gave him his first set of tools.

Ranko began his career in yacht building, where he learned to work with beautiful materials and challenging ideas, reaching a high level of class and quality.

At the age of 19, he bought his first house on Kerkplein in Zaltbommel, which he personally restored and made his own.
